We are excited to have you join us for a tasting, small celebration, group outing or a private event.
To better accommodate all our customers, we use the following guidelines:
- Groups of 8 or more require a reservation. This can be booked and prepaid right here on the website.
- Groups of 20 or more require a deposit of $25 per table. This is to cover additional staffing and clean up required to properly such a large group. Tables seat 8 but we can add additional chairs so please call us with questions. Food tables (side tables) can be reserved for $10 each.
- You may cancel your reservations with 48+ hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice is considered a no show. Please understand that we incur extra costs when planning for your large party. No shows are not refundable. The winery may or may issue a credit based on circumstances. Credits are at the sole discretion of the winery.
Alcoholic Beverage Service Policy Terms of Service
Castle Glen Winery reserves the right to serve or not serve customers alcoholic beverages or other services/products. All Virginia ABC rules, local and federal laws apply and are followed. Customers may be denied service and/or products for any reason including but not limited to: Being inebriated, rowdy or unruly behavior, threatening behavior and/or destruction of property or deliberate acts of vandalism.
Property and Trespass Policy Terms of Service
Castle Glen Winery is situated on private property. Castle Glen Winery reserves the right to deny access and/or request you to vacate the property at any time for any reason. Failure to vacate may involve the use of local authorities to have you removed. Please, no visitors outside of operating hours and/or without a rental event that extends beyond our normal operating hours.
Castle Glen is situated directly on and beside National Battlefield land. Trespassing onto this land and/or destruction of said lands may be subject to Federal laws and restrictions. Please, do not trespass outside of the Castle Glen property.
What is a NCA fee?
Non-Cash-Adjustment (NCA) is the processing fee we are charged to process your online purchase. The NCA of 3% will appear at checkout.
