Join Castle Glen Wine Club today and we’ll provide you with convenient options! Have your quarterly shipments delivered directly to your home or come pick it up at the winery with the “Local Pickup” option! Our secure, automatic recurring billing system will make sure your deliveries arrive right on time, every quarter!

Membership terms and agreement:

• Memberships will renew once per quarter, prior to shipment. We ship our wine club products on or around the 1st of each quarter.
• Your membership will renew every 3 months (1 quarter) from your original sign-up date, but on the first day. For example: You sign up on 8/20/2022, your next renewal date is 11/1/2022 for the next quarter. Each following payment will occur on the 1st day of the 3rd respective month for additional quarters.
• We will provide an easy-to-use Online Account Area to manage your billing, details, history and memberships. Check on your order status and more! You will need to create an account with us during sign-up.
• Requires a Credit Card or other billing method that supports recurring payments.
• Requires a valid shipping address in the Continental United States. Purchaser MUST be 21 years old or older.
• No contracts or hidden fees! Cancelations must be made at least 30 days prior to the next billing date! Else, you may be charged and sent a quarterly shipment for the final quarter before the cancellation takes affect! Once a membership quarter has been renewed it will not be refunded! Your initial signup cost is not refundable; not cancellable after payment has posted.
• Shipping and taxes may apply and are not included in the membership’s list price. You will be presented your quarterly total with shipping and tax during checkout. Shipping and taxes are calculated each time separately and apply to each quarterly order/shipment.
• Castle Glen reserves the right to apply changes to charges, such as but not limited to, taxes or shipping – but not without expressly notifying you 90 days prior to doing so. If a change occurs and you do not agree, you may cancel at any time prior to 30 days before the next quarter’s shipment.
• Castle Glen Wine Club membership is a service (hereby referred to as, “The Service”) that we provide to our valued customers. The service is a promise of certain benefits such as, but not limited to: gifts, coupons, special and extra savings, products and privileged communications. Therefor, no refunds, warranties or guarantees, express nor implied, are provided for, “The Service”! We guarantee our wine is the best you can get – and if there’s a problem, we want to know! • We reserve the right to cancel your membership for any reason, at any time, at our discretion. No refunds, monetary or otherwise, express or implied, and are not to be expected! Reasons your account and/or membership may be cancelled are as follows but not limited to:
  • Improper age given at sign-up. We comply with all local, state and federal laws. Any lawful infraction is grounds for cancellation without refund.
  • Failure to pay and/or failure to change your billing details if a card expires. We’ll contact you ang give plenty of time to renew but you may miss your quarterly shipment!
  • Improper address given at sign up. We are not responsible for verifying your State and Local laws and shipping restrictions. Shipments may contain alcohol. Illegitimate addresses, return to sender, etc. are out of our control. It is your responsibility to verify you can receive this shipment.
  • Failure to sign for packages where required; failure to have a legal adult available for signing at point of delivery.
  • Tampering with the website, hacking or other website shenanigans.
  • Getting barred, removed and/or arrested at/from the Winery, events, or other venues, etc.
  • We don’t go around cancelling members for “no reason”. That would be insane! So, if you think your account or membership was cancelled in error, well, it could have been! We’re only human and make mistakes, too! Please contact us if you have any problems – we’re here to help!

By signing up for the Castle Glen Wine Club, and completing checkout, you certify that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of service listed above. This is a binding agreement.
