Guidelines We Follow
Our COVID-19 Policy in 2022, going into 2023:
As the virus has gone endemic and restrictions and guidelines have been lifted, Castle Glen Winery has decided to heed official guidance and open the winery and tasting room fully.
COVID-19 Policy in 2020-2022:
- We are following all CDC and VDOH guidelines as well as Executive Orders and directions.
- We are taking extra measures to ensure the enhanced cleanliness of our facility and the safety of our guests.
- IF YOU SEE anything that raises a question or concern, please report it to an employee immediately and we will take proper steps and corrective actions. We are doing the best we can during very difficult circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- Our wait times and amenities are adjusted for the current guidelines. We appreciate your patience and courtesy with our staff and other customers during this time.
In the interest of protecting public health and safety, help us reduce the spread of infectious disease.
PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING if, during the last 14 days, you have the following symptoms:
- Fever
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
What can you do?
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
- When in public, wear a cloth face covering over your nose and mouth.
- Practice physical distancing by keeping at least six feet distance from others when possible.
- Please practice social distancing. Keep at least six feet distance from individuals not in your group.
- Please wash your hands frequently to limit the spread of germs.
